Mind Tree, 2024

This is my painting, Mind Tree. Mind Tree arose out of an abstract non-objective process wherein colors were lathered onto the canvas with no explicit intention. Relationships between intuitive brushstrokes formed and from them emerged structure, embodying subliminal meaning. In the bottom right is a yellow mind with radial ripples. A red tree trunk grows diagonally upwards, partitioning the view. Tendrils grow up from the mind and wrap around the tree, as patterns and forms bloom and intermingle in the canopy. On display in Merlin's Place is a canvas print of Mind Tree. It is the only canvas print of this painting that is hand signed. You can find more on my Etsy for the same price, but they are not hand signed.
